Little Flower Hospital is a 50 Bed Acute Care Hospital located in one of the fastgrowing suburbs of Bangalore. Set up in the year 1999 by a paediatrician, it had quickly established a name for itself in the region. However, capacity utilization and revenues were sub-optimal.

In the meantime, the promoter was already planning another 50-bed hospital in the same area but on a much larger scale in terms of facilities. And wanted assistance in developing a marketing strategy to ensure adequate capacity utilization for optimum return on investment.
