Manipal Institute of Neurological Disorders (MIND) was a Profit Center within Manipal Hospital Bangalore headed by reputed Neurosurgeon Dr.A.S. Hegde.

Capacity Utilization and Revenue Generation was sub-optimal, to address which Dr.Hegde wanted a study carried out, on the basis of which he wanted to develop a marketing strategy to grow the institute.
