This is a 200-bed super specialty hospital (earlier named as Indus Westside Hospital), which was running for 3 years and restarted recently under the new management of Medsol Hospital OPC, USA.
Scope of work: To provide the complete inputs to restart all the departments with required modification on the infrastructure, equipment etc., Also, assist in manpower planning, SOPs, test running all the systems and suggesting the required modifications at the appropriate time for improvement and opening of all the departments in phased manner. AS on 2018 Jan, the consultancy is going on as, the hospital wishes to complete the NABH, get many other medical departments to be opened in a phased manner.
