The existing medical college hospital is expanding with a new OT block for housing all the critical departments under one block. This comprise of 10 Modular OTs, 42 beds of ICU, 10 beds of preoperative, 10 beds of post-operative, apart from 6 beds of dialysis unit.
Scope of work: To study the existing Medical gas pipeline system at the hospital to revamp to make it efficiently operable at lower cost of maintenance and provide a separate MGPS system for the new OT block. Also, planning on the relocation of the LMO to another safe location. To plan the entire system taking into consideration the future expansion of the Trauma care unit.
